You receive a downloadable archive containing the Kit documents in editable Microsoft Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) format. The exact composition of each Kit is described on its product page at the time of purchase. The Kit is documentation you adapt and implement yourself — it is not a certification and not a substitute for professional legal, regulatory, or audit advice.

Delivery is automatic. After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with a secure personal download link. Delivery is typically immediate (within minutes); in rare cases of technical issues it may take up to 24 hours.

The download link is valid for 7 days from the date of issue and allows a maximum of 5 downloads. We recommend downloading the Kit promptly and keeping a backup copy for your records.

Email info@docply.io with your order reference. Once we have verified the order, we will issue a fresh download link free of charge.

Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor, through a secure hosted checkout. Docply does not collect, see, or store your card details — they are entered directly into Stripe's secure environment. Docply is the seller of record for the purchase.

Yes. Docply is the seller of record and issues an invoice for each purchase in accordance with Italian electronic invoicing rules (fattura elettronica via the Sistema di Interscambio — SdI). Please provide accurate billing details at checkout, including a valid VAT number if you are buying as a business.

The Kit is digital content delivered immediately, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once download has begun with your consent. However, as a goodwill gesture (not a legal obligation), Docply may grant a refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase, provided there is no evidence of substantial use or redistribution of the Kit. Full conditions are in the Terms and Conditions, Section 7.

You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Kit within a single legal entity — the organisation identified at checkout. It is not a group-wide or multi-entity licence, and it may not be resold, redistributed, or made publicly available. Full terms are in the End User License Agreement.

Not under the standard licence. Consultants and advisory firms need a separate Advisor License to use a Kit when delivering services to their own clients. Contact info@docply.io to discuss an Advisor License.

Yes. Docply provides free updates to a Kit when material regulatory developments require revision (for example, new ENISA implementing acts or amendments to applicable directives). Existing customers are notified by email with a fresh download link. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the specific Kit product line.

No. The Kit is documentation designed to support your compliance work. It does not, on its own, guarantee regulatory compliance, successful audits, or absence of enforcement action. You remain responsible for adapting the content to your context, implementing it, and ensuring ongoing compliance.
